We are a small Slovak company building up our first customers in the UK. E-mail is the best way to reach us and we answer every message.
If we have written to you, we found your company details in public sources: your own website, your Google Business Profile, and the UK Companies House register. We did not buy a list and nobody passed your details to us.
Our lawful basis is legitimate interests — contacting businesses that we believe our service can help. We only write to businesses, never to private individuals, and only about work directly related to what that business does.
Before writing to a company we sometimes build a preview website for them, using information that company already publishes about itself. A preview is a proposal and says so on the page. It is hidden from search engines, it is never presented as that company's official website, and we take it down as soon as the company asks us to — or automatically if we hear nothing back.
Nobody. We do not sell, share or pass on any of it. It sits in our own systems and in our e-mail account.
Until you ask us to delete it, or until the contact goes nowhere — whichever comes first. If you tell us you are not interested, we keep only your e-mail address on a do-not-contact list, so that we never write to you again by mistake. That list is the one thing we will not delete, because deleting it is what would cause another unwanted e-mail.
Reply to any message from us with “no thanks”, or write to igor@promogenius.co.uk, and we will stop and delete your details. No questions, no follow-up e-mail asking you to reconsider. Any preview website we built for you comes down the same day.
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or object to us holding it at all. Write to igor@promogenius.co.uk and we will answer within 30 days. If you are not happy with how we handled it, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
